Feeling grateful.

Enjoy some of my favorite moments from November!
Feeling grateful.

My November was pretty fantastic! In October I struggled to see the good gifts God had graciously granted, but this past month was quite the opposite!

November was chock-full of wonderful moments. Here's a few of my favorites!

as you can tell by the girl climbing on her desk, I had everything under control
🤯
I was a classroom teacher for an hour! One of my co-workers went home sick halfway through the day, and I was unexpectedly called on to substitute. I don't often get to interact with our students in their classrooms, so this was a fun treat! We goofed off and might've even learned a few things.

I already had a ton of respect for classroom teachers after working at a school for two-and-a-half years, but after being in charge for just an hour, my respect skyrocketed! Teaching is not for the faint of heart!

fascinating...

I got to photograph a field trip to a forest with our 3 to 5-year-olds! Seeing their sense of wonder and curiosity for God's creation shine in environments like this is pretty inspiring! It's something I want to learn from.

a fun afternoon in Constanza

I went on a long motorcycle ride with some friends to a part of the DR that I'd never been to before!

Thanksgiving was DELICIOUS.

good luck finding me

I played quarterback in Doulos' annual Thanksgiving football game. There were four teams and mine won 2nd place!

they had snacks
🤩
I got to photograph Expedition Night, where each class prepares a presentation about everything they've learned in the semester, and then shares it with the whole community!

Seeing our students share their learning—and the biblical lens that shaped it—is always powerful.

November reminded me that I have so much to be thankful for. Like for real.

God really is good.

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change. – James 1:17, ESV

Wait a second, it's Giving Tuesday!

Here's my shameless promotion, "Not that I seek the gift, but I seek the fruit that increases to your credit." (Philippians 4:17, ESV)

I would seriously love to partner with you in this ministry that God has led me into. If that sounds interesting to you or someone you might know, send me an email or check out this cool button...
